This website focuses on projects in England. Tell the team your project location when requesting a quotation.
When do the new rules start?
For most non-higher-risk building work in England, 24 March 2027, with a building-specific transitional route where conditions are met. Higher-risk building work has separate dates and rules. Read the dates guide.
