Concept stage

Share the location, proposed use, dwelling count, planning stage and indicative design. Ask what is essential now and what can follow.

Detailed design

Send coordinated plans, elevations, sections and schedules with a revision register. Flag provisional fabric, glazing, ventilation, heating and renewable choices.

Before completion

Agree who supplies final specifications, product evidence and as-built changes, and allow time to resolve discrepancies.
